1.1 Do you have a brick and mortar location?

1.2 How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for $10 to anywhere in United States. Parcels are shipped via the United States Postal Service and usually arrive within 5 business days. Occasionally, we run promotions that offer free shipping.
1.3 Do you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, we are not yet equipped to ship to Canada or accepting Canadian forms of payment. If you want to purchase something to be delivered to Canada, please contact us at directly at email@example.com.
1.4 When will my order be ready if I select in-store pickup?
Typically orders will be ready within 2-4 hours, but no longer than 24 hours. You will receive an email stating your order is ready for pick-up.
1.5 I see an item I want online, do you carry it in-store?
The brick and mortar location and the website run off of a single inventory system. Therefore, any item you see online can also be found in the store as well.
1.6 How do I figure out my clothing size?
Clothes sizing can be a bit tricky as the sizing is different from brand to brand. Especially when it comes to European Designers, as their sizing may not easily correlate with traditional US sizes. 1.8 Why are some promos applicable in-store only and others online only?
Although we do operate from a single inventory system, the website and the store are separate entities in terms of business. Therefore, some sales will not occur in tandem while others will.
